Wedding rental

Your rental includes access to Lytle Barn Friday through Sunday so you have time to decorate and prepare before your celebration, plus time to take down and clean up afterward.

Your wedding or reception takes place on your reserved event day. Friday–Sunday access is for setup and take-down, not multiple days of parties or events.

  • Access to the 4,500 sq. ft. barn
  • Seating for up to 150 guests
  • Prep kitchen and upstairs bath
  • 18-foot food bar
  • Room for dining and dancing

+ $100 non-refundable cleaning fee

Cleaning Fee
$100 non-refundable cleaning fee is added to each rental.

Capacity
Up to 150 guests.

Wedding Payment
50% due at booking to reserve your date; remaining 50% due on the event date.

Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event forfeit the deposit.

Parties & Special Events
Payment due at the time of the event.

Event Insurance
Proof of bridal/event insurance is required before the event.

Catering
Catering is not offered through the venue. Outside catering is welcome.
